Cilantro Pistou

This is a great way to use up leftover cilantro.

1 bunch cilantro (~1 cup)
4-6 cloves garlic
Olive oil, up to 4 Tbsp

Process all ingredients until smooth.
Leftover pistou freezes well. Freeze in ice cube trays or by tablespoonfuls.
